When you purchase an SEO audit, we collect:
- Domain URL: The website you want audited
- Email address: To deliver your audit report
- Name: As provided during Shopify checkout
- Payment information: Processed securely by Shopify (we don't store payment details)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Crawl the specified domain and generate your SEO audit report
- Deliver the report to your email address
- Provide customer support if you have questions
- Send a refund if you're not satisfied with the report
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do share minimal data with service providers necessary to operate the service:
- Shopify: Payment processing and order management
- AWS SES: Email delivery
- OpenAI: AI-powered analysis (we send your domain URL and crawl data, not your email or name)
Data Retention
We retain your audit report and associated data for 30 days after generation, then automatically delete it. This allows you to request a re-send if needed.
Order records (domain, email, purchase date) are retained for accounting purposes but are not used for marketing.
Cookies and Tracking
Our landing page (seohubtech.com) does not use cookies or tracking scripts.
Shopify's checkout may set cookies for cart functionality and fraud prevention. See Shopify's Privacy Policy for details.
Cloudflare (our CDN provider) may set minimal cookies for security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to:

- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- Credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager (not in code)
- Audit reports are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Access to production systems is restricted and logged

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
