These terms govern your use of the SEO audit service provided by SEO Hub Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.
The Service
SEO Hub Tech provides automated SEO audit reports for $17 per domain. The service includes:
- Crawling up to 100 publicly accessible pages on your specified domain
- AI-powered analysis of SEO issues and opportunities
- A professional PDF report with actionable recommendations
- Delivery via email within 10 minutes (typical delivery time)
Delivery
Reports are typically delivered within 10 minutes of purchase. In rare cases (very large sites, server load), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you don't receive your report within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we'll resolve it immediately.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your audit report for any reason, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number or the email address used for purchase.
What We Audit
We crawl only publicly accessible pages on your domain. This means:
- Pages that don't require login or authentication
- Pages not blocked by robots.txt
- Pages that return a 200 HTTP status code
We do not attempt to bypass password protection, paywalls, or other access restrictions.
Recommendations vs. Guarantees
Our reports provide SEO recommendations based on current best practices and analysis of your site. However:
- We make no guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings
- SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (competition, algorithm changes, content quality, etc.)
- Our service is for informational and educational purposes only
Think of our audit as a diagnostic tool, not a guaranteed cure.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our service to:
- Audit domains you don't own or have permission to audit
- Circumvent or overwhelm our systems (e.g., automated bulk purchases)
- Resell our reports as your own without disclosure
- Use the service for any illegal or unethical purpose
Intellectual Property
When you purchase an audit:
- You receive a license to use the report for your own purposes (internal use, sharing with your team/developer, etc.)
- You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the report without modification
- The underlying methodology, code, and AI models remain our intellectual property
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit ($17)
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for how you implement (or don't implement) our recommendations
- We are not liable for errors or omissions in the report (though we'll correct them if you point them out)
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance or updates (we'll try to minimize disruption)
- Temporarily suspend the service for technical reasons
- Modify or discontinue features (though we'll honor already-purchased audits)
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on our website.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where SEO Hub Tech operates.
